My name is HOGAN MARY ANN. I am a U.S citizen. I want to use this medium to express my overwhelming happiness to everyone of the wonderful opportunity that the Neil Howard Loan Company has done in my life. I have tried so many times to apply for loan but was't successful instead i get scammed.
